After certification
Maintain confidence over time
Certification is maintained through continuing conformity, surveillance and timely communication—not by the certificate alone.
Notify CSi of relevant changes
Tell CSi before changes to certified products, critical materials, manufacturing locations, ownership, management-system scope or other matters that may affect certification.
Protect certification claims
Use the certificate and certification marks only for the approved scope. Do not imply that uncertified products, sites or activities are covered.
Certification changes
Contact CSi before the change is represented as certified.
Changes may require document review, evaluation, testing, a site assessment or a new certification decision. CSi will determine the activity appropriate to the change and applicable scheme.
