Robert has worked in Australia’s plumbing-products industry for more than twenty years. That experience gives him a practical appreciation of the technical, manufacturing and commercial questions businesses face when bringing plumbing and drainage products to market.
His appointment strengthens CSi’s capacity to provide clear, responsive support while preserving the independent assessment and impartial certification decisions required by the WaterMark Certification Scheme.

Robert can assist with new-product enquiries and applications, proposed product extensions and design changes, certification-transfer enquiries, surveillance activities and the continuing requirements associated with an existing certification.
The applicable evidence depends on the product, its intended use, the relevant product specification and the proposed certification scope. Robert’s role is to help clients identify the next step, coordinate the information required and connect them with the appropriate CSi technical personnel.

WaterMark certification provides confidence that plumbing and drainage products have been assessed against the applicable requirements of the Plumbing Code of Australia and relevant product specifications. The current Certificate of Conformity must always be read to confirm the certified product, scope, conditions and status.
CSi works with manufacturers and suppliers in Australia and overseas. Certification is granted only after the required evidence and manufacturing arrangements have been assessed and an independent certification decision has been made.
